BlastCo has the ability to use several different kinds of medias, ensuring you get the finish you need. BlastCo also has chemical stripping tanks. The chemical stripping process allows us to safely strip coatings without the risk of profiling or damaging your most delicate parts.

BlastCo strives to make each customer a priority, when we are doing your job our focus is your job. Depending on the size and quantity, your turn over time may vary. Although for most typical jobs, we can complete them in 3 business days. In some cases we may have delays due to availability of material or other supplies, When this happens BlastCo will try to make you aware of the delay and situation.
BlastCo has completed several large volume projects, to date our larges run has been 310,000 pieces that we built, powder coated, Packaged & shipped. We completed this order on time and on budget meeting the 120 day turn over. and the quality control requirement.

BlastCo is the best! Had my boat trailer done and I looks about 1000X better than when I brought it. Everyone is very helpful and considerate and even went to lowes to buy some bolts that I didn’t know were damaged on his own time. My only complaints are directly caused by my insufficient prep work. If you are going to get a trailer done, strip everything off before bringing it to them and once there, get it on jack stands and remove the backing plates and grease or oil from the axles. Make their job easy and they will return the kindness with outstanding work at a better than reasonable price.

I was super impressed with the quality, speed and price of the sandblast and powder coat. I took in a $25 crackhead bike frame and this thing came out looking better than factory, in a day. It was so good I’m considering stripping a few more of my frames just to have them blasted and powder coated in newer color schemes.
I have had 2 different things, an outdoor umbrella stand and a metal bench, both turned out great and were very affordable

Eric is in charge of the powder coating, good people, they have the ability to do stuff up to 40' long, like trailers and such. The blasting is done onsite. They do a lot of industrial stuff but still take the time to do small lots with attention to detail (jetski steering/handlpole), rims,etc.
Only a small wielding job but quick and excellent work. Gave 2 other referrals and both were quite pleased and satisfied. They also do powder coating and sandblasting.
I had the powder coat a new battery tray for my Jeep. Small job that others might not be interested in. They turned it around in a day and it came out beautifully.
